Description
- UNO House Rules card game lets players make up their own rules while the game is played
- All rules force players to "do" something -"Go moo", "Stand up", "Touch their nose" -and the last player who does it must draw a card
- There can be as many as 5 rules going at once
- The "Game Changer" card is the only way to change an existing rule
- Players still have to yell "UNO" when down to one card
